Returns and Exchanges:
Kollage Salon & Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, or would like to make any modifications to your hair following your service, you have 7 days to call and reserve a consultation or an appointment with the stylist who performed your service.
Any complimentary services or additional charges are at the discretion of management staff. If you are adding something to the service received, you will be charged accordingly. Partial or complete refunds for services are at the discretion of the owner and require an in-salon consultation.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To qualify for a return, your products must be brought back to Kollage Salon within 30 days of the date you received it. If returned after the 30 days, you have up to 60 days (from date of purchase) to receive store credit for your exchange. If you're returning a tool there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to your return. In order to process your return, your products must have all tags attached and original packaging. Products returned without the original tag, or original packaging, will not be processed.

How To Return
Please send an email to email@example.com to begin your return process. Our Customer Service team will respond to your email as soon as possible.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your return package arrives at Kollage Salon & Boutique within the 30 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Kollage.
To qualify for a size exchange, you must return your products back to the shop within 30 days of the date you received it. In order to process your exchange, your products must have all original packging without damage. Products returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag, will not be processed for exchange.

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders.
While the orders are shipped out of Sacramento, CA, from Kollage Salon Boutique, the best way to get a hold of us is through email at email@example.com or give us a call Tuesday – Friday (except holidays) 10am – 6pm PST at (916) 228-4372.
Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order. Orders placed on Friday after 9AM US PST will ship on the following Monday. All domestic shipping destinations usually take 3 - 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
